CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING STEP WAGE ADJUSTMENTS
WHEREAS, the following below are regular full -time employees who are currently
working for the City of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, their supervisors have reviewed their performance as it relates to the
responsibilities outlined in the job descriptions; and
WHEREAS, their supervisors determined that the following employees below have
satisfactorily performed in the capacity of their positions documented in their performance
reviews on file; and
WHEREAS, wage adjustments are consistent with the Mounds View Personnel
Manual.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve wage adjustments to the following indicated in the chart below.
