of Minnesota Municipalities until June 11 to obtain more information and
to ascertain fee for membership. Upon roll call the following vote was
taken -- Achterkirch, yes; Gibson, yes; Irvine, abstain; Rustad, yes; Sullivan,
no. Motion carried.
Motion by Rustad, seconded by Achterkirch to authorize Roy Gale and Jim
Kinney to use red lights and siren on their cars in Mounds View when using
their cars for a fire run. Upon roll call the following vote was taken- -
Achterkirch, yes; Gibson, yes; Irvine, yes; Rustad, yes; Sullivan, yes.
Motion carried.
Motion by Sullivan, seconded by Irvine to have the attorney draw up an
ordinance for non - intoxicating malt liquor using model League Ordinance #360A
as a basis. Upon roll call the following vote was taken -- Achterkirch, yes;
Gibson, yes; Irvine, yes; Rustad, yes; Sullivan, yes. Motion carried.
Motion by Achterkirch, seconded by Sullivan to adjourn meeting at
11:16 P.M..
