Motion by Rustad, seconded by Achterkirch that the Heating Inspector require
heating contractors to file heat loss with heating permits. The following voted
aye -- Achterkirch, Gibson, Irvine, Rustad and Sullivan. Motion carried.
.Notion by Rustad, seconded by Achterkirch to accept Ordinance #53. The
following voted aye -- Achterkirch, Gibson, Irvine, Rustad and Sullivan. Motion
carried.
Motion by Sullivan, seconded by Achterkirch to approve Jack Bell and Frank
Kilroe as members of Health and Public Safety Committee. The following voted aye--
Achterkirch, Gibson, Irvine, Rustad and Sullivan. Motion carried.
Motion by Rustad, seconded by Sullivan to approve Glenn Dawson and Ernest
Grabowski as members of Public Works and Civil Defense Committee. The following
voted aye -- Achterkirch, Gibson, Irvine, Rustad and Sullivan. Motion carried.
Motion by Achterkirch, seconded by Rustad to adjourn meeting at 11:55 P.M.
