December 16, 1958
A special meeting of the Village Council was called to order at 7:20 P.M.
December 16, 1958 by the Mayor James W. Gibson. Present from Mounds View were:
Irvine, Sullivan, Achterkirch, Rustad, Meyers and Milbrandt. Present from Spring
Lake Park were: John M. Conde, Milo C. Schroeder and Wm. Fleming. Jack Ness and
Ed Lewis represented Park Playground, Inc.
The proposed Ordinance regarding Lakeside Park was read by the Mayor and
discussed. Spring Lake Park Village Council had informed the attorneys to proceed
with the ordinance at their meeting on December 15, 1958.
The Mounds View Council members unanimously voted in favor of proceeding with
the agreement with Spring Lake Park and have the attorneys proceed to draw up a
final draft of the Ordinance.
The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
