Motion by Smith seconded by Sullivan that a bill presented to the village by
Mobile Engineering be disallowed in the amount of $62.10 due to the fact that $48.00
was charged for replacing a tube in the radio and that rendition of proper claim only
will be considered. Motion carried unanimously. Check for Mobile Engineering was
declared void.
The council then proceeded to the auditing of accounts, bills and demands against
the village. The following bills were audited and allowed for payment:
