A special council meeting was called to be he on November 23rd at 7:30 P.M. at the Edgewood Junion High School to discuss the water program to be placed on the ballot at the December Sth election. Said meeting to be a general meeting for the public to hear the water program. Attorney Meyers directed to check into the easement on the east side of Quincy south of County Road I from the school board property. The village clerk directed to write a letter to the school board requesting permission to use the Pinewood School and Red Oak School for the village election to be held December 8.
