OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special rneeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was
held at the Ed
h Cchool at Mounds View
Minnesota, on I.:ednesday, February 17, 1960, at
0 o'clock P.M.,
with the following members present: crane, Smith, Malvin, Hodges,
and Christens n.
and the following members absent:
None
The Clerk presented affidavits of publication of the
.Notice of Preliminary Hearing called to be held at this time on
Waterworks Improvement No. 1960-1, which affidavits were examined,
approved and ordered filed.
The Mayor then announced that the meeting was open for the
purpose of conducting said preliminary hearing; and after all members
of the public present were afforded an opportunity to be heard, the
following persons entered oral or written objections to said improve-
ment:
