PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
March 28, 1960
On due call and notice thereof the Village Council
held a special meeting at the Village office, 5499 Adams
Street, New Brighton 12, Minnesota, at 11:30 P.M. Monday,
March 28th, 1960.
The following members were present:
Mayor Allan B. Crane
Clerk Earl E. Smith
Trustees Melford C. Christensen
Donald Hodges
Perry Malvin
Engineers Comstock and Knutson
Fiscal Agent Robert Ehlers
A discussion was held concerning the calling for plans
on the construction of laterals, in the Pinewood and Twelve
Oaks areas.
Motion by Malvin seconded by Crane to approve 1960 -2
(Pinewood and Twelve Oaks Laterals construction) and to
call a hearing on the same at the Red Oak School, April llth
at 7 :30 P.M. 5 Ayes, motion carried.
Mayor Crane read a letter inviting Council members to
a dinner and discussion meeting of the Metropolitan Planning
Commission. Crane moved that $2.75 for the dinner for each
member wishing to go, be approved. No second, motion lost.
Crane moved, Malvin seconded to recess meeting until
April 4th at 7 :00 P.M.
