OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was
held at the Arden Hills Village Hall in the Village of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, on Monday, May 2, 1960 at 8:00 o'clock P0 M„ with the
following members present:
Crane, LAALCch, Hodges, Christensen & Malvin
and the following members absent:
iJone.

The Clerk then presented Affidavits of Publication in the
official newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin of a Notice to
Contractors to submit bids for the construction of Waterworks
Improvement No. 1960-1, Said affidavits were examined, approved and
ordered filed. The Mayor then announced that the meeting was open
for the purpose of opening and considering said bids; and the Clerk
announced that he had received 21 bids for said work, which, upon
being opened were found to be as follows:
