OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was
held at the Arden Hills Village Hall in the Village of Arden Hills
Minnesota, on Tuesday , May 31, 1960, at 8:00o'clock P.M.,
with the following members present:
Crane, Smith, Hodges, Christensen and Malvin
and the following members absent:
None

The Clerk then presented Affidavits of Publication in the
official newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin of a Notice to
Contractors to submit bids for the construction of Waterworks Improve-
ment No. 1960-2. Said affidavits were examined, approved and ordered
filed. The Mayor then announced that the meeting was open for the pur-
pose of opening and considering said bids; and the Clerk announced
that he had received 6 bids for said work, Which upon being opened
were found to be as follows:
