VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY
MINNESOTA.
A special meeting of the village council was called to
order pursuant to due notice thereof by Mayor Allan B. Crane
at 7:10 p. m. Tuesday July 12, 1960, at the Village Office,
5499 Adams Street, New Brighton 12, Minnesota.
Present Were:
Mayor Allan B. Crane
Clerk 4arl E. Smith
Trustee Melford C. Christensen
Donald Hodges
erry Malvin
Clerk Smith explained that the meeting had been called
in order to pay a claim on the village by Lametti and Sons
for work on the water project, An additional check in the
amount of 361,215.06 which would pay the full amount of wok
performed to date. Smith explained that the check approved
at the meeting of July 25th was only part payment and that
the check he presented at this meeting was part of the full
amount which was overlooked when presented to the Clerk's
office for payment.
Motion by Crane seconded by Christensen that the Check
prepared for Lammetti and Sons in the amount of 361,215.06
be approved for payment. 5 ayes, motion carried.
Motion by Malvin seconded by Hodges that the meeting
be adjourned at 7:20 P. M. 5 ayes, motion carried.
