The possibility of preparing a weed ordinance requiring the cutting of
weeds on private property was again discussed. The Village Attorney stated
the Village could cut weeds on private property and add the cost of cutting
to the tax rolls for the property concerned. The council decided that any
complaint received by the village would be investigated and the party con-

nuisance would be requested to cut his weeds and if not so done, the party
would be informed that the village would do so and add the cost to the tax
rolls for that property.

use as a storehouse for liquor and other storage for approximately three
months was discussed by the council. It was the general feeling of the coun-
