OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was
held at the Rd Oak School
1960, at 8:00
in said Village on Monday, August 15,
o'clock P.M., with the following members present:
Crane, Smith, Hodges, Malvin
and the following members absent: Christensen
The Clerk presented affidavits of publication of the
Notice of Preliminary Hearing called to be held at this time on
Waterworks Improvement 1960-3, whicn affidavits were examined,
approved and ordered filed.
The Mayor then announced that the meeting was open for the
purpose of conducting said preliminary hearing; and after all members
of the public present were afforded an opportunity to be heard, the
following persons entered oral or written objections to said improve-
ment:
