VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY
MINNESOTA.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was
held at the Edgewood School in said Village on Thursday, September 1,
1960, at 8 :00 o'clock P. M., with the following members present:

and the following member absent:

Richard G. Meyers
C. V. Comstock

The Clerk presented affidavits of publication of the notice of hearing
called to be held on Special assessments proposed to be levied for special
benefit derived from the construction of Waterworks Improvement No. 1960 -1
and Waterworks Improvement No. 1960 -2. S.id affidavits were examined,
approved and ordered filed.
Mayor Crane then announced that the meeting was open for the purpdse of
conducting the hearing on said proposed assessments; and after said assessment
were throroughly explained and after all,persOtis present were afforded an
opportunity to bt heard, the following objeot ons were made:
