?ursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular eeeting of th
Village Council of the Village of ounds View, Minnesota was held at 3ed
Oak 3chool in said Village on the 12th day of SepteMuer, 1960 at 3:02 p.m.
with t:ie following members presents Crane, Christensen, Hodges and Talvin
and the following members absent: Smith
ember Crane introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT FOR WATER MAIN
IMPROVEMENT NO. 1960-1.
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law,
the Council has met and heard and passed. upon all objections to the proposed
assessNent for ehter Main Improvement 1960-1.
NOW, ,,EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 31. THE E COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of Which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special
assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein
included is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed ieprovement in the
amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments
extending over a period of fifteen years, the first of the installments to ee
payable on or after the first Monday in January. 1961 and shall bear interest
at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the date of the adoption of this
assessment resolution. fo the

installment shall pe added interest on
the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 13 , 1961.
To each subsequent insta,e,ent when due shall be added interest for one year
on all unpaid installments.
