OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota,
was held at the Red Oak School in said Village on Monday
September 26, 1960, at 6:000'clock P.M., with the following members
present:
Crane, Smith, Malvin, Hodges and Christensen
and the following members absent:
None

The Clerk then presented Affidavits of Publication in the
official newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin of a Notice to
Contractors to submit bids for the construction of Water Works
Improvement No. 1960 - 3. Said affidavits were examined, approved
and ordered filed. The Mayor then announced that the meeting was
open for the purpose of opening and considering said bids; and the
Clerk announced that he had received 10 bids for said work which,
upon being opened, were found to be as follows:
