HomeMy WebLinkAboutgr00090_000004_pg086PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW RAMSEY COUNTY MINNESOTA LI The regular meeting of the village council was called to order by Mayor Crane at 8:00 P.ML Monday, September 26, 1960, at the Red Oak School located at Sherwood Road and Red Oak Drive. Hodges Perry Malvin Richard Meyers C.V1 Comstock Lester Knutson Mayor Crane opened the meeting calling for bids on Waterworks Improvement Project 1960 -3. After a second call for bids he there- upon declared bids to be closed. The minutes of the Council meeting of August 8; 1960 was read by the Clerk. Christensen then moved and Malvin seconded to approve the minutes as read. 5 ayes, motion carried. The proposed budget for the year 1961 was read by the Clerk, which is placed on file in the clerk's office. Mayor Crane raised the question of whether or not new office equipment which may be required for posting of water bills, etc., should be included under the "Water Fund" in the budget. The council decided to place this item under the "General Fund" until such time as office machines are required for posting of water bills and other such work. •
