OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was
held at the Village offices in said Village on Thursday, September 29,
1960, at 7:00 P.M., with the following members present:
Crane, Smith, Hodges, Christensen, and Malvin
and the following mernbers absent:
None

The engineer then reported on the bids submitted for the
construction of Waterworks Improvement No. 1960-3 submitted on Monday,
September 26, 1960, together with his recommendations thereon. The
Council then proceeded to consider said improvement and the construc-
tion bids heretofore received.
