Attorney Meyers also stated that the deed for the land
located at Hillview and Long Lake Road which was supposedly
filed had never been filed and that he will conduct a search
for the deed.
Flmnancial statements were presented by Clerk Smith and Mrs.
dberg. Smith stated that he would submit a financial statement
showing the funds contained on the financial statement.
The village Engineer stated to the council that his office
would like to have information and plans concerning outdoor pipinL
especially at the location of the well house. Christensen stated
that Mr. Arthur McClure has the plans and he will turn them over
to the Engineer as soon as they are completed. Motion by Crane,
seconded by Malvin that the Engineer contact Arthur McClure to
obtain the plans, etc, in order to Continue construction on the
well house. 5 ayes, motion carried.
Motion by Crane, seconded by Malvin to approve the fillowin ;
licenses checked by the inspectors:, 5 ayes, motion carried. (see
list attached).
Motion by Crane, seconded by Christensen to approve the
Bellowing bills (see list attached), 5 ayes motion carried.
Mayor Crane announced that the next informal agenda meeting
would be Uednesday, November 9th, 1960.
Motion by Malvin, seconded by Hodges to adjourn the meeting
at 11:18 p. m., 5 ayes, motion carried.
