MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW,
MINNESOTA
At a regular meeting held on the 12th day of December, 1960 at
o'clock p.m. in the Red Oak School within the Village of
Mounds View the following resolution was moved by Councilman
and seconded by Councilman
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A GASOLINE SERVICE STATION,
WHEREAS, The Village Council was requested to issue a special use permit for
the construction and operation of a gasoline service station, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance # 67, Section 38 a hearing was held at
8:00 o'clock p.m. on December 12, 1960, and
WHEREAS, the Council voted to issue said special use permit,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That a special use permit for the
following described property authorizing the construction and operation of a
gasoline service station is hereby granted by the Village Council of the
Village of Mounds View: That part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
of Section 7, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota described as
follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4, thence West along the South line of said 1/4 a distance of 310.5 feet,
thence North on a line parallel with the East line of said 1/4 a distance of
416.5 feet to the South line of the right of way of Trunk Highway, thence
Southeasterly along the South line of said right of way a distance of 409.2
feet to the East line of said 1/4, thence South along the:ast line of said 1/4
a distance of 145.2 feet to the point of beginning except therefrom the
East 33 feet for road.
Said resolution was seconded by Councilman
following vote was taken thereon: Those voting in favor:
Those voting against: e--74
and the
