may, at any time thereafter, pay to the county treasurer the entire amount of
the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31 of the
year in which such payment is made.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
modification and division to the county auditor to be extended on the proper
tax lists of the county, and such assessments shall be collected and paid over
in the same manner as other municipal taxes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Meniber , and upon a vote being taken, the following
members voted in favor thereof: 6,t,Ac-,-4.( , /47,
and the following members voted against the same:
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on the date therein indicated with the
original minutes thereof on file in my office and that the same is a full, true
and correct transcript thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a resolution
modifying assessments for Water Main Improvement.
