seconded by Member Smith, and upon a vote being taken, the following
members voted in favor thereof: Crane, Christensen, Malvin, Hodges and Smith
and the following members voted agairs t the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
Adopted by the Council this 28th day of November, 1960.
