WIDENING OR CONSTRUCTION OF STREETS.
To Whom It May Concern:
Notice is hereby given that the Village Council of the Village of
Mounds view will meet in the Red Oak School in said village at g.0), /14
p,m. on the 4317" day of February, 1961, to consider
the adoption of a plan for the proposed future extension, widening, and
construction of streets in the Village within such existing platted and
developed territory or across such unplatted territory located therein.
This action is taken by authority of Minnesota Statute 471.28.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed
matter will be heard at this meeting.
