To Whom It May Concern:
notice is hereby given that the Village Council of the Village of
ounds view will meet in the Red Oak School in said village at ,?r. ), /11
p.m. on the day of February, 1961, to consider
the adoption of a plan for the proposed future extension, widening, and
oonstruction of streets in the Village within such existing platted and
developed territory or across such unplatted territory located therein.
This action is taken b7 authority of Minnesota Statute 471.28.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed
