The Council agreed to postpone the Council meeting until 4 :30 P.P. and met with the Planning Commission at 9:30 A.M. Present were: Mayor Allan B. Crane Trustees: Donald Hodges Perry Malvin Melford Christensen Clerk: Lloyd J. Blanchard Administrative Deputy Clerk: Paul Boog Meeting called to order on March llth at 4 :30 P.M. at the Village Adams Street. Office, 5499 Present were: Mayor: Clerk: Trustees: Attorney: Allan B. C' 4 ':t *onsen On recommendation from the Planning Commission it was moved by Crane, Seconded by Blanchard to approve the Proposed Platting of the Plink Addition, with the following exceptions- The Easement for Red Oak Drive shall be an additional 8 feet. 5 Ayes for approval. It was moved by Malvin that part time water Dept. employees be paid 31.50 per hour. Seconded by HodF'cs. 5 Ayes for approval. Motion by Blanchard to pay presented bills. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes for approval. Motion by Blanchard to transfer $10,000.00 from Water Fund to General Fund. This money paid from General Fund to Village Engineer for Preliminary Water Survey on July llth, 1960. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. Motion by Christensen to have Load Limits placed on all Village Roads by County Engineer's Office. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. Motion by Crane to have Northern States Power install street light at corner of Knollwood and Bronson Drive. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes for approval. Motion by Christensen to pay bill presented to Village by J. Berczyk and instruct Attorney to draw up release and have it signed and executed. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes. Motion by Crane to appoint Don Schaffhausen to Parks and Play- grounds Commitee, for a term expiring December 31, 1961. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes for approval.
