WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that certain
assessidents have been paid,
,LIOV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following list of
prepaid assessments, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof,
is hereby accepted.
The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate
of this list to the County Auditor.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by member /I, and upon a vote being taken, the following
members voted in favor thereof:

whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
