VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Village of
Mounds View, Minnesota, will meet at the Red Oak School in said
Village on Wednesday , May 3j 1961 at 0:00 o'clock P .M.

DST 'for the purpose of conducting a preliminary public hearing on the
proposed construction of Waterworks Improvement No. 1961-1, which improve-
ment shall consist of the following work:
Water mains, valves, hydrants, service lines and appurtenances thereto
in the following described streets and public ways in the Village:

The total estimated cost of said improvement is $181,100. The area
proposed to be assessed for special benefit derived from said improve-
ment is each lot, piece and parcel of property abutting on said streets
as above described. All persons whose property may be so assessed may,
at the above stated time and place, present oral or written objections
to said improvement.
