duly seconded by member Hod(es , and upon a vote being taken, the
following members voted in favor thereof: Crane, Christensen, Hodges
and Malvin
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on the date therein

that said extract is a full, true and correct transcript of said minutes
insofar as they relate to approving the preliminary plans and calling a
