The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was
called to order at 8 :00 P.M. May 8th, 1961 at the Red Oak School,
Sherwood Rd. and Red Oak Dr., Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Mayor Crane called for additional bids on the Mechanical Equip..
ment Water Filteration Plant. No further bids were presented, The
Mayor declared that the bids be closed. The Clerk was instructed to
open the bids. The Bid submitted by Dedolph Const. Co. was included
in his other bid envelope. Permission granted from Representative of
Dedolph to open envelope. The following bids were read:

Motion by Christensen, seconded by Hodges to refer these bids to
the Engineer for evaluation and recommendation. There were 4 ayes
for approval.
Mayor Crane called for bids on Water Filteration Plant Construction
no additional bids were brought forward. Upon being opened the bids
were found to be as follows:
