OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAM.SEY, STATE
OF MINNESOTA.
A regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds
View, Minnesota, duly called, convened, and held in accordance with law,
was called to order by Mayor Crane on the - day of

1960, at ' O5 o'clock p.m. at the Council Chamber in said Village.
The following members, constituting a legal quorum, were present:

moved the adoption of Ordinance
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO NORTHERN STATES POWER, A
MINNESOTA CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, TO USE THE
STREETS, ALLEYS, AND PUBLIC GROUNDS OF SAID VILLAGE FOR THE
PURPOSE OF INSTALLING, ENLARGING, OPERATING, REPAIRING, AND
MAINTAINING IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA, THE
NECESSARY GAS PIPES, MAINS, AND APPURTENANCES FOR THE FURNISHING
OF GAS TO SAID VILLAGE AND ITS INHABITANTS, AND OTHERS, AND
TRANSMI`ITING GAS INTO AND THROUGH SAID VILLAGE.
Thereafter Councilman hA.,51,2 seconded said motion that the
above entitled Ordinance be adopted as read and in its entirety.
On roll call the vote was as follows:

The Mayor then declared said motion duly carried and the above -
entitled Ordinance duly passed and adopted, and order the Village Clerk to

publish the same in accordance with the law in such case made and provided.
