OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the
-Red Oak School
in said Village on the 22 day of May
1961 with the following members present: A.Crane, L.Blanchard,
P.Malvin, M. Charistensen, and D.Hodges
and the following members absent:
MemberChristensen introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THAT THE ATTACHED LIST OF ASSESSMENTS
HAVE BEEN PAID.
WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that certain assessments
have been paid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following list of prepaid
assessments, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is
hereby accepted.
The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
list to the County Auditor.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member

whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
