OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was held
at the Red Oak School in said Village on Wednesday, May 31, 1961, at
8:00 o'clock P.M., with the following members present: Mayor Crane and
Trustees Malvin, Blanchard and Christensen
and the following members absent: Hodges

The Clerk presented affidavits of publication of the Notice
of Preliminary Hearing. called to be held at this time on Waterworks Im-
provement No. 1961-1, which affidavits were examined, approved and or-
dered filed.
The Mayor then announced that the meeting was open for the
purpose of conducting said preliminary hearing; and after all members of
the public present were afforded an opportunity to be heard, the fol-
lowing persons entered oral or written objections to said improvement:

There being no further objections or comments a motion was made
by Blanchard and seconded by Christensen that the meeting and hearing be
adjourned and that further consideration of the improvement be tabled for
future consideration. Motion carried.
