EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at
the Red Oa School in said Village on Monday, July 10, 1961, at 8:00
o'clock P.M., with the following members present:
Crane, Christensen, Hodges and Malvin
and the following members absent:
Blanchard

Comstock & Davis, Consulting Engineers, then presented their plans
and specifications for construction of Waterworks Improvement No. 1961-1.
Consideration was given to deletion of portions of said improvement and
member Christensen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.

SCLUTION ORDERING WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT NO. 1961-1
AS AMENDED, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATION AND
CALLING FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS.
BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Mounds
Minnesota, as follows:
• (1) TZaterworks Improvement No, 1961-1 is hereby amended to
include water mains, valves, hydrants, service lines and
appurtenances in only the following streets:

(2) This council shall meet at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the Red
Oak School in said Village on Monday, July 24, 1961, to
receive and consider sealed bids for and to award contracts for construction
of said improvement and the Clerk is hereby directed to cause notice to
be given to contractors by publishing the same in the official newspaper
and in the Construction Bulletin at least once no later than 10 days before
