OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,
meeting
)f the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was
held at the Red Oak School in said Village on Monday, July 24, 1961,
at 3:00 o'clock P.M., with the following members Mayor Crane,
Councilmen Hodges, Malvin, Christensen and Clerk Blanchard
and the following members absent: none

The Clerk then presented Affidavits of Publication in the
official newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin of a Notice to
Contractors to submit bids for the construction of Waterworks Improvement
No. 1961-1. Said affidavits were examined, approved and ordered filed.
The Mayor then announced that the meeting was open for the purpose
of
opening and considering said bids; and the Clerk announced that he had
received 11 bids for said work which, upon being opened, were found
to be as follows:
