The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was
called to order by Mayor Crane at 8 :00 P.M. July 24th, 1961 at the
Red Oak School, Sherwood Rd. and Red Oak Dr., Minneapolis, Minn.

The Mayor called three times for further bids on Water Project
1961.1.' There being no further bids, he then declared the bidding
closed and directed the Clerk to open the bids received.
