Motion by Christensen to pay bills presented. Seconded by
Malvin. 5 Ayes (List attached)
An Ordinance titled- SEPTIC . TANK ORDINANCE #87 was read by the
Attorney. Motion by Blanchard to adopt said Ordinance #87. Seconded
by Crane. 5 Ayes. •
The Attorney - read -a letter from the Village of Shoreview
Attorney regarding a parcel of land owned by the i1ounds View Township.
Said parcel is located wholly in Village of Shoreview and dedicated
as Park Land. Motion by Hodges that the Clerk and Mayor be authorized
to execute a deed from the Village of Mounds View to the Village of
Shoreview. Seconded by Cranel 4 Ayes4 Malvin Naye.
Resolution #80 modifying assesement for water mains was read.
Motion by Crane to adopt Resolution #80, Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses presented. Seconded by
Christensen. 5 Ayes. (list attached)
Motion to adjouisn by Malvin. Seconded by Christensen. 5 Ayes.
