Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Meeting
of the Village Council was called to order at 8:00 P .N. by Mayor
Crane on Monday July 31st, 1961 at the Village Office, 5499 Adams
New Brighton 12, Minnesota.
Present were: Mayor: Allan B. Crane
Clerk: Lloyd J. Blanchard
Adm. Clk: Paul Boog
Trustees: Perry Malvin
Donald Hodges
Melford Christensen
Eng: n.eer.: _Mr. Comstock

notion by Hodge to pay estimate #6, the final estimate for
Herbst Construction Company for work completed and materials on
hand this date for the construction of eater Main Improvement
Project 1960 -3 according to contrzIct but withholding the amount
of $1,506.60 pending final inspection of project. Seconded by
Malvin. 5 Ayes.
Resolution No. 81, A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ./. COUNCIL
REPRESENTATIVE AS A LENDER OF THE INT TRIl y BOARD or TRUSTEES OF
THE NO!YTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SE TER DISTRICT, motion for adoption
by Crno. Melford Christensen is to be representative member on
the interim Board of Trustees of tile North Suburban Sanitary
Sewer District. Seconded by Hodges 4 Ayes. Christensen abstained.
Resolution No. 82, A RESOLUTION 7 7 0T'O SING AND INITIATING THE
CR3ATION Or A S.AITITARY SEWER DISTRICT, motion for adoption by
Malvin. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes.
Motion to adjourn by Blanchard. Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes.
