OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was held
at the Village Offices in said Village on Monday, August 14, 1961, at
8:00 o'clock P.M., C.D.S.T., with the following members present: Mayor
Crane, Clerk Blanchard, Councilmen Christensen, Hodges and Malvin
and the following members absent: none

The Clerk announced that the assessments for Waterworks Improve-
ment No. 1960-3 had been Prepared. After consideration of said assess-
ments, merger Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENTS FOR WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT
NO. 1960-3 AND CALLING A HEARING THEREON.
BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Mounds
View, Minnesota, as follows:
(1) That the special assessments heretofor prepared by the Clerk
for Waterworks improvement No 1960-3 are hereby approved and
ordered filed in the office of the Village Clerk; and
(2) That this Council shall meet at the time and place specified
in the form of notice hereinafter contained for the purpose of
conducting a public hearing on said assessments, and the Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be mailed to
the owners of the property to be assessed and to cause the following notice
to be published in the official newspaper of the Village at least once, not
later than two weeks prior to said meeting, which notice shall be in sub-
stantially the following form:
