appointment of the said Melford Christensen as such member of the
interim Board of Trustees from the Village of Mounds View and said
Melford Christensen before entering such office and serving in the
same shall take such oaths and qualify as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Member Hod 9s. and and upon a vote being taken,
the following members- voted in favor therof:
and the following members voted against the same:
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that 1 have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a
meeting -of the Village Council of said Village held on the date therein
indicated with the original minutes thereof on file in my office and
that the same is a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofar as
said minutes relate to a resolution appcintipg ,a- oouncil representative
as a member of the interim Board of Trustees of the North Suburban
Sanitary Sewer District.
