CF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL LF THE
VILLAGE OF MCUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a „ecr
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of M.Lpunds View, Minnesota,
was held at the ...aed LA Schao 1 at „ 1io .t ds Vipw ., Minnesota, on
i° onday, August 14th, 1961 at '• otclock P. a with the following
members present:
Crane, i3lanchare, Christensen, Hodges, and Malvin
and the following members absent:
None

The attorney read a motion that he drew up under the Councils
direction regarding water filtration contract.
Motion by ivalvin to authorize execution of a contract with
d.i W Hickey, the Hickey, upon the execution cf an escrow agreement between the
illage of Mounds View and the Turboma tic Co, and the First State Bank
of New Brighton. The Escrow agreement shall cover $5,000.00 in bonds
to guarentee satisfactrry performance of the filtration plant covered
by the contract and shall be in effect for three years from the
acceptance date.
The contract shall also embody the terms of a letter filed with
the Village from the Turbomatice Co. sighed by H. M. Mueller and dated
August loth, 1961.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing was duly seconded
by member hi„ ,stensen , and upon a vote being taken, the following
members voted in favor therof:
Crane Blanchard, Christensen, Hodges, and Malvin
and the following voted afainst the same:

None
whereupon said motion was declared passed.
