Motion by Christensen to advertise for bids for storm sewer conduit
pipe for Lambert Park and to open bids August 28th, 1961 at 8:00 P.M.
Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Christensen to. approve plans from N.S.P. Gas Co. as
corrected and to notify said company. Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to set assessment hearing for Water Project
1960 -3 on September 6th, 1961 at 8:00 P.M. at Red Oak School. Seconded
by Malvin. 5 Ayes.
The Clerk was instructed to send proper notices regarding this
hearing.
Motion by Christensen to refer the new plans for proposed highway
10 to the Village. Engineer for study and recommendation. Seconded by
Hodges. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Malvin to hire Wayne Leak as janitor for the Village office.
Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Malvin to pay bills submitted.: Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Malvin to approve license applications submitted.
Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Crane to pay the water assessment due on the Foley property
purchased by the Village in the amount of $522.82. Seconded by Hodges.
5 Ayes.
A memo was placed on file regarding the matter of a fence between
a business and a residence and the matter was again referred to the
Planning Commission.
Motion to adjourn by Malvin. Seconded by Christensen. 5 Ayes.
