I, the undersigned, the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have care-
fully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting
of the Village Council of said Village he id on the date therein indicated
with the original of said minutes on file in my office and that said ex-
tract is a full, true and correct transcript of said minutes insofar as
they relate to a public hearing held on the proposed assessments for
special benefit derived from 1,3aterworks Improvement No. 1960-3 and the
approval of said assessments.
