October 23rd Council meeting (can't)
The setting of a public hearing for street improvement in Clint's
Addition was held M . i .-until Mel Christensen could meet with Mr.
Carlson and find out if he wished to make the improvement himself or if
he wished the Village to order it and assess the propety benefited.
A letter was read and placed on file from the Hospital Board
regarding a meeting to be held October 27th, 1961.
Mr. Crane stated that he would attend and represent the Village at
this meeting.
Motion by Christensen to pay bills presented (list attached).
Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses submitted (list attached).
Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes.
The clerk was instructed to prepare information regarding
schedules and cost of meetings at new village building for the Council.
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by Christensen. 5 Ayes.
Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
