Pursuant to due call and notice therof, a Special Meeting of the
Village Council was called to order November 6th, 1961 at 8 :00 P.M.
at the Village office, 5499 Adams, by Mayor Crane.

Motion by Blanchard to certify the following names as Election
Judges for the regular Village election, date December 5th, 1961.
