Notion by Blanchard to concur with the Plan- ning Committee recomendation and allow a variance for Mr. Ralph Edberg at 7870 Greenwood Dr. Seconded by Christensen. 5 Ayes. Item No. 2. Motion by Christensen to concur with Planning Committee recommendation and allow property at 2323 County Rd. I to be sub - divided as requested. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. Motion by Christensen to have Building Inspector rescind permits on the two buildings, being built by Mr. Wallace Groberg, until such time that plans are presented from a State certified engineer or architect. The Mayor called three times for ..a second to the motion. There being - none, the motion was declared dead. Notion by Blanchard to approve the Groberg Plot Plan for lots 1 and ,2 Spririg Lake Park Hi;jhlands Addition as presented. Seconded by Malvini 4 Ayes* Malvin, Blanchard, Hodge, and Crane. Naye Christensen. At this point the meeting was recessed for ten minutes. Meeting was called to order at 10 :25 P.M. by Mayor Crane. The attorney's report was then given and the following action taken: A resolution relating to the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District was read. Mr. ialvin moved for adoption of Resolution No. 75. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. A Memo regarding the airport expansion was read. (Copy on file) The attorney was instructed to check into the bills passed by the 1961 session of the State Legislature in regards to proposed street plans. Ordinance No. 84+ ammending Ordinance No, 66 WHICH IS AN ORDINANCE LICENSING AND 1 GULATING ME SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING LIIUOR, REPEALING INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES, AND q0- VIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION, was read and discussed very thoughly and the following action taken: Motion by Crane to adopt Ord. No. 84, Seconded by Malvin. Christensen abstained. 4 Ayes. Motion carried. Ordinance amending Ord. No. 82 REGARDING SET UPS was read. Motion by Blanchard to adopt Ord. No. 85 and repeal Ord. No. 82, Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes, An Ordit ancere the . pumping of cesspools and septic tanks was read. Motion to adopt Ordinance by Malvin. Seconded by Crane. After some discussion it was felt that a more thorough study of this Ordinance should be made before any action is taken. Second and motion withdrawn.
