A Gas Franchise Ordinance was presented. Motion to adopt
Ordinance No. 86 and repeal Ordinance No. 83 by Crane. Seconded
by Malvin. 5 Ayes,

Motion to pay bills by Blanchard presented. (List Attached)
Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Crane to set a public hearing re moving of home
from Gloria Circle Lot 9 Block 1 Lakeside Court to No. 2 of Lot 51
Spring Lake Park Hillview, between Hillview and County Rd 1 on
Eastwood Road, on the 18th day of August 1961. Seconded by Malvin.
5 Ayes.
A Letter from the Clerks Office to Nr. Haluptzok stating the
information he must furnish to the village is to be sent as soon
as possible.
The Clerk was instructed to send a letter about the sub-
standard home at County Rd 1 and Zdgewood Dr., to the owner,
stating what needs to be done to bring this home to st :ndard.
Motion to adjorn by Hodge. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes.
