WHEREAS, 2he Leg tu e of the State of Minnesota has
-.::)aesed and adopted in amended form in both the u e of ReDresentatives and
the Senate certain enabling legislation •common y caUed the North Suburban
Act, and

a sanitary sewer district.
The 4-kare cf shall be the North Suburban Sanitary
Sewer District.
