We hereby submit Estimate No. 1, the final estimate, for
Fairbanks, Morse & Co., 220 East Fifth St., St. Paul 1,
Minnesota for the construction of Pumping Equipment for Well
No. 1, according to Contract.
Total Completed Contract 17,975.00
AMOUNT NOW DUE 17,975.00
We have viewed the work under contract for the construction of
Pumping Equipment for Well No. 1, and find that the same is
substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.
We recommend that the final payment be made upon acceptance of
the work by your Honorable Body, and that the one year contractual
maintenance bond commence on the date listed above.
