5 That the Village of Mounds View pursuant to the enablieg
gi lation referred to above hereby agrees to become a part of the North
Suburban Sanitary Sewer Diatrlct.

t a certified, coy of this resolution shall be forwarded
to the City of Fridley relative to their resolution No. 71-1961 dated the 6th
day of June, 1961 and certified Copies shall also Me fOrwarded to the goverhin,
bodttes of the City of Coon Rapid, and the Villages of Brooklyn Park, Blaine,
and Spring Lake Park.
7. That upon the receipt of the resolution by the City of
Fridley and the forwarding of similiar resolutioes to the City of Fridley by
the above named. nunicipalities a notice shall be published in the legal newspaper
for each governeeetal subdivision enumerated above.
