Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Meeting
of the Village Council was called to order at 8:10 P.P. by Mayor
Crane on Thursday July 13th, 1961 at the Village Office.

Motion by Hodges to adopt Resolution #79,'A—RESOLUTION OFt
APPROVAL: RELATING TO THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEUER DISTRICT ACT
Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
